Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary
Titanium Legal Services, Inc., one of the leading legal support service companies on the West Coast, is seeking a highly motivated Legal Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role supports our team by preparing and tracking court filings, coordinating with courts and sheriff’s offices, and providing general administrative and office support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career within the legal support industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating court filings.
- Follow up with the courts on court assignments.
- Assist with coordinating sheriff services.
- Refile court searches as needed.
- Provide prefiling support, including creating case and service packets.
- Perform general office assistant duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- General Experience with MS Office, Adobe, and Web Based Platforms.
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Strong communicator with interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
- Poses a strong attention to detail.
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Previous legal experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
